Who ships
Every order placed through the buttons on this site is fulfilled by our retail partner. We never see the order, the address or the parcel. The delivery estimate on the checkout page is the real one, calculated for your zip code at that moment.
What to expect
Most listings in this catalogue dispatch within a business day and arrive inside a week in the continental US. Fast-shipping options, where the listing offers them, show up at checkout. Tracking arrives by email from the retailer as soon as the parcel moves.
If something goes sideways
Late, lost or stuck parcels are handled from the retailer’s order page: open the order, report the problem, and the standard outcome is a refund or a reshipment without much argument. If you get stuck in that process, write to us and we will point you at the right screen.
