Frequently asked questions
Sizing, fabric, multipacks and the mechanics of this site, in twelve answers.
Do you sell the clothes yourselves?
No. This is a catalogue site for the TEZO range. Every buy button opens the current listing at our retail partner in a new tab, and the cart, payment, delivery and returns all happen there. We keep the model write-ups, fit notes and fabric care here.
How does TEZO sizing run?
Slim, and the brand says so in its own listings. The gym tee tells most builds to order one size up; the women’s tracksuit note says one to two sizes up. The exceptions: the big & tall pique polo is a relaxed cut drafted for 2XL through 6XL, and the vintage crew tees are classic. Every product page here quotes the note for its own model.
I am between two sizes. Which way do I go?
Up, on anything the catalogue calls slim or muscle: the gym tee, the henley, both tracksuits. Stay with your usual on the vintage crews and the big & tall polo. The quick-dry polos and the mesh shorts have enough stretch and drawstring that either size works.
Cotton-stretch or polyester: which fabric do I want?
By sweat volume. The 90/10 cotton-spandex tees feel like cotton and stretch four ways: lifting and daily wear. The 92% polyester pieces, the polos, the tracksuits and the shorts, wick moisture and dry overnight: cardio, golf, travel. The rayon-blend crew is the soft casual one, not a training shirt.
Can I pick the colours inside a multipack?
No. The 3-packs and the 2-pack ship as fixed sets: the colour name on the listing, like "Black / Dark Grey / Blue", is the whole set, in that combination. If you want a different mix, that is a different listing, and the chips under the buy button on each product page link the alternatives together.
Will the tees shrink?
The longline packs carry an explicit no-shrinkage claim, and the polyester pieces do not shrink in a cold wash by nature. The cotton-spandex gym tee behaves if you wash cold and skip the hot dryer; heat is the thing that both shrinks the cotton and kills the spandex.
How do I wash the tracksuit?
Cold, zipped up, all four pockets closed, inside out. Hang it: polyester dries overnight and the dryer is where the stripe piping and the zips take damage. No softener, because softener coats the wicking fibre, and no iron on high, because polyester glazes.
Can I buy one shirt from a 3-pack listing?
No. The pack is the unit: three polos for $28.99 or three longline tees for $29.99, one size for the whole set. The single-shirt options in this catalogue are the vintage crew from $7.99, the henley, the big & tall polo and the women’s golf polo.
Are the prices here current?
They are current as of the last catalogue update, August 2026. The retailer moves prices without notice, which is why every button says check price: the listing you land on shows the number that actually applies.
How fast is delivery?
Set by the retail partner at checkout, not by us. Most listings ship within a day and arrive inside a week in the continental US; the checkout page shows the exact date before you pay.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Handle it through the retailer’s order page: photos of the issue, a couple of clicks, and a refund or replacement. Returns run through the same page. Keep tags on until you have decided; tagless returns get argued with.
Why do two listings look almost identical?
Colour sets of one model appear as separate listings with separate prices, and long-sleeve versions sit apart from short-sleeve ones. We keep them all, because one set is regularly a couple of dollars cheaper than its neighbour. The chips on each product page link the family together.
